It was a fast start out of the gate this past week with seemingly everything starting up at the same time. We feel it! We also feel hints of Fall in the air with the return to all things-spice, the decorations changing at the grocery stores, chickens molting and Mother Nature beginning to paint with richer hues. If that freaks you out, let us remind you of an ancient Cape secret….our enjoyment of the wind and waves is not over!
We have weeks of outdoor enjoyment to come.
The weekend traffic is telling
Our Fall schedule begins this week.
It. Is. Awesome.
A lot of time, effort, and love was put into mapping out the most extensive and cup-filling schedule full of classes, series, workshops, events and lectures.
In addition to the new classes this week, we welcome you to register and surround yourself with sound to soothe your soul at the end of the month with Tal’s Sound Bath and The CommUNITY Kirtan with Paul, Tina and Beth. Both are unique opportunities to keep the connections to your soul fire when you might be feeling weary in mind and spirit from the fast pace of the Fall.
Lastly, we know the MIndBody app has been very finicky lately and apologize on their behalf. Even computers get the blues! Please, always know you can email us ( the easiest and quickest response) or call the studio (508-YOGA-101) to have us add you to a class, series, workshop or event. We check our emails frequently throughout the day and the voicemails are checked a few times throughout the day. Please, know that your humans are here for you!
Thank you for your love and patience!
We look forward to growing and tending the flame with you!
With Love-
Your Friends at TYC
“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a shaman or medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions. When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop finding comfort in the sweet territory of silence? Where we have stopped dancing, singing, being enchanted by stories, or finding comfort in silence is where we have experience the loss of soul. Dancing, singing, storytelling, and silence are the four universal healing salves.”
