580B North Falmouth Hwy (Rte 28A) , North Falmouth
(above Hotlocks Salon in the Dean’s plaza)
Our location comes with a large parking footprint to facilitate its array of businesses. We ask for everyone’s patience and perseverance as there may be times during holidays and the summer where parking is challenging. To alleviate frustration and congestion, we’d like to remind you that in addition to parking within the lot, there is ample parking (used by those accessing the bike path) by the train tracks with a sidewalk and path that lead to our door!
Each month you will have a chance to enter a raffle to win a FREE class when you make the time to plan ahead and reduce your carbon footprint.

No, yoga will increase your flexibility. Most people come to yoga to create flexibility. No, you just need your body, your mind and a bit of curiosity.

Practicing yoga is best done when a meal has been consumed two to three hours before class. A light snack 30 minutes to an hour prior is ok.

Some students like to have a towel on top of their mat or close by. Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement.
