Find Us + FAQ

We are OPEN at our new location: 580 North Falmouth Hwy (Rte 28A) , North Falmouth. (above Hotlocks Salon in the Dean’s plaza)

Our location comes with a large parking footprint to facilitate its array of businesses.  There will be dedicated parking spaces for the other businesses that we are co-tenants with.  We ask for everyone’s patience and perseverance as there may be times during holidays and the summer where parking is challenging.  To alleviate frustration and congestion, we’d like to remind you that in addition to parking within the lot, there is ample parking (used by those accessing the bike path) by the train tracks with a sidewalk and path that lead to our door!

We will again, encourage and incentivize walking, biking and carpooling, always.

Each month you will have a chance to enter a raffle to win a FREE class when you make the time to plan ahead and reduce your carbon footprint.

1. What is the new address?

580 North Falmouth Hwy (Rte 28A), North Falmouth MA. We are located above Hotlocks Hair Salon. An elevator is available for those who need it.

2. Are classes still be available via zoom?

Yes, we plan to offer all classes as hybrid for now. For those taking live in person classes, there will be a separate roster labeled “IN STUDIO”. For those taking the zoom class, the roster will still say “Virtual via Zoom”. Please sign up for the class you would like to take accordingly.

The recording will only be available for those that sign up for the virtual classes.

It will be available for 24 hours.

3. Cancellation policy:
We are implementing a strict cancellation policy for all IN STUDIO classes. We have limited spaces available. If you do not cancel 2 hours prior to the start of class, you will be charged. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Similarly, if you sing up for an IN STUDIO class using your “unlimited class pass” and do cancel 2 hours prior, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee to your card on file.

4. Will you provide props?

Yes. We will provide cleaning products to use at the end of class. Please feel free to bring your own props from home.

5. What are your COVID policies?

We stay current on the most recent guidelines and mandates from the CDC and the State of Massachusetts.
Update:  beginning Monday, February 20th, masks will become optional for all instructors and clients. We understand that this is a major transition and we welcome continued mask wearing for those who choose to. For those that are not comfortable coming into the studio please remember most classes are offered virtually and will continue to be. We remain steadfast to our high cleaning standards in addition to maintaining our rigorous air filtration system. We remain committed to keeping our class sizes small until we feel assured that health and safety will not be compromised.

We will stay fluid with the current landscape and make changes when appropriate. We will also be limiting in person classes to 20 clients, for now.
If you are ill or have been exposed, please stay home and take a virtual class.
Instructors will maintain physical distance and abstain from hands on adjustments.

We are committed to creating a welcoming environment for ALL. We respect the privacy of our clients and ask that you do the same. Please refrain from conversations regarding masks and vaccinations while at the studio.

We remain committed to being fluid in this ever changing landscape.
We ask for your kindness, patience and respect.

6. We are following these protocols and measures:

– We have purchased the AirDoctor 5000. This is an air purifier.
– Our new space has 16’ ceilings. We will have fans and windows will be used to circulate air.

A couple of weeks ago my husband and I installed a package of bees into their home on our property. This was a something we had done annually many years ago that came to a halt with all of the moves that we had done over the past 6 years. When we received our box of 40,000 new little friends, the first thought that came to mind was how amazing it was to feel the harnessed energy of some 80,000 wings vibrating in my hands. Upon opening the box to let them exit in the dark of night you could sense the hush as the mystery of something new and unidentified was registered within the cardboard confines. It was a little unnerving. The next day we set to transfer the contents of our package into the hive. We gently lifted, evaluated and transferred each frame into their new home hearing the audible shift in vibration as the speed of their wings changed as they went into protection mode. Upon completing the transfer we stood there in awe as we watched the scene and listened to the sounds of chaos transfer into the hum and movements of response, which eventually changed yet again as the movements slowed and their collective sound softened enough to distinguish the flight of single bees flying, setting and reorganizing. It was pretty amazing.Sound is incredibly telling and powerful. Many of you got that reminder as you experienced your first Kirtan a couple of weeks ago. Sound provides us with information, it channels into every every pore and fiber in the home of our bodies, and it has the ability to stir deep emotions. It opens us up to a different kind of listening and provides much needed healing. While we are not suggesting to cozy up to a nest of bees, we would highly recommend and warmly invite you to this weekend's Sound Bath with Tal. It is an incredible way to take time to witness, feel, explore and discover the powerful person that you are in a new way. Crystals bowls, gongs and other instruments are used to accompany your meditation while you relax and receive in a deeply calming environment. We look forward to experiencing this beautiful time together!xoxo-Sharon & Your friends at TYC ...
