This weekend was huge for us here at TYC.
With the elbow grease of some of our staff and clients, we moved all of our
studio’s effects into our trailer to stage for the move in! Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! Thank you to these amazing spirits for helping to move us forward. Literally!
We are only a few weeks out and are looking forward to the floor and ceiling
installation work to begin this week. You won’t believe the transformation that is happening on a daily basis. We can barely contain ourselves. The energy is
infectious….(the best kind that we know)!
Speaking of infectious energy, we’d like to reintroduce you to Olivia Riddiford. If you don’t know her yet, get to know her. She is all things positive and uplifting and her excitement for learning and teaching literally pour out of her.
As we prepare for our return to in person classes at our new home at 580 North Highway (Rte 28A), we’d like to reacquaint you to our schedule through the voices of those who teach at TYC. We hope that hearing from them both
inspires and ignites your curiosity to revisit a previously traveled class or try a new one!
Today, Olivia would like to re-introduce you to…
Yoga Sculpt- Tuesday’s and Thursday’s @ 6am
Root to Rise- Sundays @ 8:30am
“How would I describe a class like yoga sculpt? One word- fun! This class is an awesome way to start the day! This is a vinyasa class with a focus on strength- both mental and physical. Weights are incorporated into the class but are not required or used in every class. I am a huge fan of using our own body weight to strengthen ourselves from within. I would recommend this class for anyone looking to jumpstart their morning routine. My background in Energy Medicine Yoga is an added bonus- we start off each class by waking up the energy
systems of the body. I am a morning person and love sharing my high vibrational energy with others. Just like the warmth of the rising sun, yoga sculpt gets the body, mind, and spirit energized for a great day!” xoxo- Olivia
