We most heartily wish each of you health, safety and sanity as we navigate through the beginning of this wild new year. We know that landing in our new home is the first thing that we all want to do, but as we continue monitoring what unfolds, we find ourselves in the heart of divine intervention where our delayed opening strides parallel with the current events of our world
-ever-changing and at times incredibly frustrating when all we seek is solace and normalcy.
So, what to do?
Remember that all of these happenings are universally part of a marathon and not a sprint. As we begin this year together, let us trawl a little deeper into our cloudy depths for renewed patience to continue listening closely before we act in all things for what rings true and with utmost kindness to ourselves and to our fellow humans.
We know that we all contain vast resilience but if your coffers are feeling a wee bit empty, we urge you to take refuge on your mat and with your breath.
Despite being in external limbo, your community is only a few clicks away.
This week offers two series to help you find lift off for your new year of practice. Embrace the support and steadiness that Elaine and Ingrid’s
series provide. In addition, you are invited to apply new voices and
perspectives to your asana with Kirsten and Anna on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Check them out! Join Melissa as she opens the floor for discussion and contemplation of one of the Hindu classics in next week’s Book of the Month Club.
Lastly, we thank you deeply for your support and patience as we paddle along beside you. We love you and continue to progress towards brighter days together.
With love-
Your TYC Tribe
