This past week was a week of adjustments as the smoke and haze descended from the North. We hope that everyone is practicing with the focus on how to allow for a little more time and space when things feel dense and murky.
Like we are noticing now, things don’t always need to be seen in order to be felt. Sometimes it is the air and sometimes it is our personal schedules. Often times it is our minds that feel so cluttered or congested that we run into walls and obstacles at breakneck speed, where a shift in perspective or cadence could help us to move around barriers rather than head on into them.
