The first week into the new year is always a bustle with classes and life restarting after the long string of holidays. Make sure that you keep the clambering over deadlines, the overwhelming feeling of ‘tackling the lists’, and the presence of new resolutions looming overhead at bay with the simple thread of acknowledging that when you are breathing in, you are breathing in, and when you are breathing out, you are breathing out.

Slowing down your breath has the alchemic quality of calming down your mind which in turn creates peace and ease in an otherwise rigid and locked up body. Working deep within has the threefold effect of smoothing out the wrinkles in your body, mind, and spirit!
