Susan Maddigan has practiced yoga for 20 years. In yoga, she finds strength, joy, and flexibility as well as a wonderful community and deep friendships . With her background in nursing and nursing education, it seemed a natural progression to share her love of yoga with others. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at the Sanctuary Studio in Plymouth in 2018. Susan consistently practiced yoga on her sailboat when she lived aboard for several years. That led to an opportunity to experience different approaches to practice in a wide variety of settings from New England to the Caribbean and Central America. Yoga practice helps us to be open to even unexpected chances to learn. She is honored to share the wellbeing that yoga gives to all. She is ever grateful to her extraordinary teachers.
