Since birth, Olivia has always been a person on the move finding it difficult to stop and smell the flowers. In 2000, she stepped on to her mat for the first time and finally found her peace and her breath. Wanting to take her practice deeper, she decided to get her 200-hour teacher certification while living in Boulder, CO. Since that first certification, Olivia has dedicated her studies to focusing on energy, human anatomy and alignment, and the importance of breath. She is a Reiki Master through the Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health. And recently completed her 300 hour teacher training through the Menla Institute in Vajra Yoga and Buddhist studies. She is currently a student in the Advanced Teacher Program for Energy Medicine Yoga with Lauren Walker.
Olivia knows how important, but difficult, it can be to take time out of our busy lives to focus on the self while working the body. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to help others learn the importance of honoring the body, the mind, and the breath, while promoting self-love during practice. Off the mat, Olivia works in admissions at Falmouth Academy and teaches a teen yoga elective. She loves the beach and spending time with her family and cats.

I really look forward to my yoga sculpt class with Olivia. The class itself is super challenging (for me). But, Oh! What a sense of accomplishment and I’m so grateful for the work. Olivia is perhaps one of the most positive people I know. Her cheery attitude, can-do spirit is infectious. No class is ever the same and she’s awesome at articulating why we’re working certain areas and their overall relationship to health & balance. It’s a great way to start the day with an attitude of gratitude.
