Katie (KTB) is a recent transplant to the Cape, having coached various fitness formats in and around the Boston area for over a decade. She holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Northeastern University, is a NASM certified personal trainer, and 200 HR RYT. Whether it be indoor cycling, strength training, running marathons, or practicing yoga, Katie’s most natural state is in motion. Her goal is to guide her clients towards finding their inner strength, both on and off the mat. No matter what your fitness level or knowledge of yoga might be, you will always be welcome in Katie’s class.
