Client Testimonial ~

I’ve been a “regular” in Elaine Cody’s class, Gentile Yoga for EVERY Body, for about 2 years, first in the series classes at the studio, then transitioning to the Zoom format. The Gentle Yoga class allowed me to get back into exercising after a period without much. I love the way this class is designed with a purposeful beginning-middle-end. I am continually amazed that it is always different, and that working on one posture actually helps me with another.  I must admit that I am a bit clumsy in exercise, and so I really appreciate good, clear, verbal cues…. Elaine is so exceptional at this!  The class continues to be a good fit for me because many pose variations are offered, and as I improve my flexibility and strength I can move into the more challenging variations.
