Andrew walked into his first yoga class in 2010 looking for more flexibility to pair with his college football strength training. He started practicing yoga consistently and could feel that it had a profound impact on, not only his athletic performance, but also his well being. After a series of injuries, Andrew relied on yoga to heal and started to frame his life around the practices and lifestyle routines. His classes are breath and body focused with a strong intent on present moment awareness.
Andrew holds a 220 hour certificate in Kundalini Yoga, a 300 hour certification in Sattva Yoga and 200 hour Qigong certification through Holden Qigong. He has also taken additional courses in Ayurveda and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
