Amy began teaching in 2008, wanting to share how a strong physical practice helped calm her busy mind. She’s attended yoga trainings and retreats around the world, fueling both her love of yoga and travel. From each place and teacher, she’s taken something unique shaping her own style today. She’s completed two 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher trainings in power, vinyasa and hatha yoga and attended multiple workshops on the chakras. In her classes, she encourages students to tap into their own strength and be in the present moment.
