But February made me shiver
With every paper I’d deliver
Bad news on the doorstep
I couldn’t take one more step”.

Hoo boy, this past weekend was a doozy with negative temps, heaters struggling to keep up, and enough news to feel bitten by a frost of a different kind.
Breathe.
This week and every week, we offer you refuge, comfort, and ways to share our work with those that you love so that we can all find the path back to the home of our minds, bodies and spirits. While we can’t take away the hardships that life brings our way, we can support our voyages with tools to navigate rough waters and brings our vessels to calmer waters.
Begin by unrolling your mat with us in person, online or with the flexibility of our online video library. It only takes a moment to shift from fretting to feeling the ground underneath you. Reminder: How we feel at the end of a practice is often much different than how we begin! 🙂 After that, take some time to move that feeling forward by reaching out to a teen in your life and offering them the gift of slowing down and being present with Olivia’s, Yoga for Teens series which also offers drop-ins. Help them to remember that tapping is as important as plugging in.
We are each stewards of ourselves and one another. Let’s keep witnessing ourselves and watching out for one another as we sow the seeds of kindness here, there and everywhere.
Love,
Your friends at TYC
