Have you seen it?
Have you heard it?
Have you felt it?
Despite all of the inclement weather of late, there have been sightings of rogue crocus unable to wait any longer to emerge. The chittering of cardinals has become a keynote of morning walks, and the sun…. -the glorious sun has been been regaining its strength and its welcome rays are filling in the lines and cells of a pasty winter.
Thank goodness!
During this time of seasonal transition paired with Covid fatigue, it is understandable to feel both sluggish in your body while your mind has ants in its proverbial pants. The best way to keep motivated and moving without burning out or getting injured is to apply the idea of getting back into a more active groove by using smaller and more manageable steps.
The first half of March at TYC offers these very steps through the offering of our daily classes as well as points of focus like Elaine’s Meditation Series, which provides a progressive way to reposition your meditation practice if it has flagged or become unmoored. Following that we invite you to Melissa’s book club to discuss and explore the perspectives offered in Falling Upwards on how we can perceive and shift our ideas about challenge along our live’s journeys. To round out the first half of this month, Olivia will again be offering her Energy Medicine Workshop to share techniques that will amplify and invigorate your current practice. Stay tuned, we have more goodness to guide your growth!
We look forward to moving, stepping, walking, dancing and celebrating the return of sunnier days with you!
With Adoration-
