After years of practicing dance, pilates, and yoga, Tricia ultimately completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2016. She loves sharing the many benefits of yoga with her students, and believes that yoga should always feel good.  She encourages students to listen to their body in order to find a sustainable practice that creates space and ease, relieves stress, and cultivates a sense of peace.  Tricia is Yin certified and she also holds an M.Ed. in Counseling.  Off the mat, Tricia enjoys vegetarian cooking, beachcombing, and time spent with her daughter and husband.
