Sara Hubbard, E-RYT 200 & Certified Holistic Health Coach
Sara Hubbard has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and teaching for 6. Her yoga journey has transformed from a strong physical practice to becoming a sacred space to slow down, be present, connect, and experience joy and contentment.
Committed to life-long learning, Sara completed her 200-hour teaching training with Open Doors Power Yoga Studio, a 50-hour yin and yoga nidra teacher training with Yoga On the Vine, and is completing her 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with Down Under School of Yoga with lead teacher Natasha Rizopoulos in 2020.
Sara’s flow classes are challenging yet lighthearted, but ultimately invite you to show up as you are. Using the body as a vehicle to steady the mind, Sara leads a dynamic and creative sequence of postures that will guide you out of your head and into your heart. Expect to leave class feeling a greater sense of peace, joy, and clarity.
Off her mat, Sara enjoys running outside, spending time in nature with her two pups, traveling, all things wellness, and good food.
