Maura is a Cape based Yoga Sculpt instructor. She found inner strength on her mat when she first started practicing yoga in Boston. Maura first fell in love with Yoga Sculpt shortly after graduating from Providence College. Her mat offered her a profound sense of healing after losing her father. By 2020, she was eager to learn from her mentor Sarah White + embark on The Coastal Method Teacher Training journey. Maura completed her 200 hour certification and today her vision is that in her healing, her students recognize their own healing. Maura’s mission is to help students transform on their mats + find powerful healing in movement + music. She is SO ready to sweat with you!
