Jill is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Licensed Acupuncturist.  For over 30 years she has practiced different styles of yoga but the one that has been continuous throughout those years has been Kundalini Yoga.  She received her initial teacher training in 1994 and has taught numerous classes and workshops in yoga and acupuncture. Jill brings a depth of knowledge, energy and insight to her teaching.  She considers herself a lifelong student and embraces the techniques in yoga like old friends who have helped during life’s ups and downs.
