Since birth, Olivia has always been a person on the move finding it difficult to stop and smell the flowers. In 2000, she stepped on to her mat for the first time and finally found her peace and her breath. Wanting to take her practice deeper, she decided to get her 200-hour teacher certification while living in Boulder, CO. She is also in the process of her Reiki certification.
Olivia knows how important but difficult it is to take time out of our busy lives to focus on the self and while working the body. Yoga can be challenging physically while allowing the mind to connect with the body through breath. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to help others learn the strength of the body and the wonder of being while nurturing courage and encouraging self-love all while getting an awesome workout.
